This is a page explaining why we're releasing a booklet as a way to advertise as a collective. And we want to advertise with you! It's like a referral group, only you don't have to actively refer unless you want to. It's a networking opportunity for small businesses that don't want to spend a lot on advertising but want to be a face in the community.

Print is not dead! We want to create a community. One where we work together to build each other up. I'd love to see booklets, not just in our own storefronts, but in other stores that just want some reading material for their sitting area.
Let's be honest, although print is not dead, video is the preferred method to receive information. We want to really showcase the individuals that make the business. We want options for advertising. And you could even buy ads for your videos too.
I, Trevor, set a Seller Success Plan (it's a 20-page printed magazine) down at Action Gator Tires. I waited for my ride about 2 hours in the lobby. 3 times I saw people put their phones down to thumb through my pamphlet. Print's not dead!
We're only as good as our community. Most of us are just hardworking people that want to work for ourselves and take care of our families. We want to advertise, but don't want to break the bank. I present to you, a referral network/guide. The idea of businesses coming together to promote each other sounds like the definition of community.
I'd like to make this a yearly booklet. You don't have to buy a video each year, but it might be beneficial. A new booklet will be published yearly with those that wish to participate. Keep your spot or we'll find a replacement. It's not a money maker for me, I want to break even and advertise with my peers.
Cost; The million-dollar question:
The 2024 cost is $505 per page ($250 for a 2nd page) . That price includes a 2-4 minute video (posted on my YouTube channel but you can download and upload to your own too), 30 booklets per business & paying for the professional designer for the booklet.
We, the Snyders, live in Narcoossee, by the elementary school. These 2 towns share so much in common. And although different vibes and history, very close in proximity and business opportunity. When I call a plumber, they're always either Saint Cloud or Lake Nona.
Most businesses service multiple areas. Those areas are usually towns close by. If your business is mobile, like plumber or realtor, you sometimes travel further. The idea is to consolidate our businesses to more hyperdense areas and travel less (spend more time with family). Also, the opportunity to get to know the people in your community is present.
For those with storefronts, it's important to have other storefronts fairly close by in the program. Cross-advertising is the name of the game. Most people go all around for restaurants, events, work and family. People from Saint Cloud are willing to go to Lake Nona, and vice versa. And it's also important to advertise slightly outside your signage and regular customer base.
We love entrepreneurs! It's hard to be successful without the community you serve!
